SANTA FE 2-8-2 Sunset (circa 1980) Korean made (Samhongsa) brass model of the Santa Fe heavy mikado class 4000. Oil Burner. Used all over the American south west States. According to "'Iron Horses of the Santa Fe Trail" she was built in 1921 with a 12,000 gallon tender.and scrapped in August 1953. (though it can be converted to a coal burner there is a brass bunker to form same in the box)
Custom painted by one of the known experts in this country depicting a weathered loco in service.
Head lights and marker lights have jewels/ MV lens there is a crew in the cab. Like all brass locos she is a tiny bit noisy on ballasted track but other wise the large can motor makes her very smooth and powerful.
Comes in it's original box with it's red foam lining and pink polythene sheet all in sound condition. Box it's self is slightly tired at the edges and has been sun bleached at one point
